Appian Way Sales, Inc. - AWS Joist Plate System

Tired of maintaining that old wood deck against the sun and weather? The AWS™ Joist Plate™ System is a new answer to an age-old problem. Durable, versatile pavers as a deck surface will stand the test of time.

Coverall Stone Inc - Mini Basalt Columns

Basalt is a volcanic rock and one of the most common types of rock in the world. Although it is common, it is rare to find the long solid columns of basalt that we use in our products. The skin or crust on the outside of the columns will have a patina that ranges from beige to red to black and will often contain a multitude of colors. The inside of basalt is black and polishes up to a rich luster.

Duradek / Durarail - Residential Roof Decks Showcased in Parade of Homes

Forward-thinking developers at Sego Homes realized the outdoor living market was a rapidly growing segment of the residential development business. Outdoor living space is an in-demand residential feature and a cost-effective way to increase the usable square footage of a home.
To take full advantage of the potential from this insight, their talented designers had the vision to incorporate roof decks into their residential designs. This meant maximizing usable space (and overall value) without increasing the footprint of the building.
To accomplish that, it was important to use products that met building code requirements. Further, it was critical to use skilled installers. Since Duradek PVC Membranes fulfilled both of those criteria, it was a natural fit.

The award-winning Miraval Homes consist of 10 show stopping units featuring an open floor plan, expansive windows, towering ceilings, and a floating staircase. At the heart of each home lies the “California Room” – a walled in, covered patio, with an open exterior. This space features Lanai Doors bi-folds – all of which are unique door-window combinations. This allows the wall to fully open, seamlessly merging the Living Room, Kitchen and California Room to maximize entertaining.
