The Business Improvement District for the City of North Flatbush, NY was already familiar with TerraCast® Products when they approached us to create a custom planter for their most recent project. They had purchased NYC DOT approved planters from us for previous projects and turned to us to help them design a unique planter than would meet the requirements from NYC DOT as well as the size and design they were looking for. Together with the awesome team at N. Flatbush BID, we were able to create this impressive design called the Brooklyn Planter. Along with allowing over 50 cubic square feet of soil capacity and a unique tilted lip, the Brooklyn planter proved to be a successful installation for the BID.
