Duradek - The Lofts at Mercer Roof Deck

It took one week to install the Duradek membrane and the building owner was extremely happy with the results. To this day, the rooftop deck has not leaked and the property manager enjoys the peace of mind that comes with a reliable, low maintenance waterproof deck surface. View the project here.
Acoustical Solutions - Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art

This award-winning facility is dedicated to the presentation of contemporary art. Painting, sculpture, photography, glass, video and other media from artists are explored through regularly changing exhibitions. The expansive 4,800 square-foot atrium that features a vaulted ceiling with skylights and live trees is the focal point of the museum complex. A flexible floor plan can accommodate an intimate event for 35 or an extravagant gala for 350 guests. The space is used for meetings, musical performances, weddings and a variety of other events. Acoustical Solutions’ primary goal was to reduce the RT60 (reverberation time) in the room to an acceptable level that would allow the room to be used for both large and small gatherings. Kichler - Otero Signature Homes, Modern Farmhouse

For this installation, they wanted to make sure the design could stand the test of time and Kichler was their answer. Kichler has a legacy and reputation for quality and innovation, which was brought to light on this project with the use of several 12V Integrated LED Accent fixtures with Variable Lumen Output (VLO) technology.
