Project Highlight: Speedway Village
Speedway Village Presented by IPI by Bison
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, USA
IPI by Bison dealer, Sport Construction Midwest, recently completed a project in IPI’s own backyard in Lincoln, Nebraska. On May 15, Speedway Village opened with a total footprint of 100,000 square feet that includes eight basketball courts and 12 volleyball courts. This project was an expansion of an indoor and outdoor soccer complex with 16 total soccer fields.
Craig Smith, Speedway Village Developer/Owner noted: “We are extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and the service provided by Sport Construction Midwest, our IPI by Bison dealer, and Ayres and Ayres, our general contractor. At Speedway Village, we cater to athletes and teams at all levels of play and our equipment must provide the highest level of safety, durability and performance. We chose IPI by Bison as its brand speaks for itself.”
Dave Smith, IPI Project Manager, who worked with IPI engineer Iman Salafian on this project says “It’s great to have an example of our quality products at such a high profile facility less than three miles from our plant. It gives us a chance to showcase our products to potential dealers and facility owners when they are in Lincoln. Large sports facilities such as Speedway Village continue to pop up all over the country and IPI is well positioned to serve this growing market.”
Bryan Jansen, Owner of Sport Construction Midwest added, “We pride ourselves in representing manufacturers who are aligned with our own dedication to quality and customer satisfaction and we were excited to partner with IPI by Bison for the basketball and volleyball equipment at Speedway Village.”
