The reinforced roof underlayment that adds extra protection and value to your roof. This 4-layer material - designed to be installed under asphalt shingles - is totally waterproof, wind resistant, super tough, and easy to install.
DELTA®-FOXX is the highest vapor-permeable, water-resistive underlayment on the market today. It is a 2-layer roof underlayment, specifically designed for use with tile and slate roofs.
Vapor permeable underlayment with structured separation and drainage layer for ventilated and non-ventilated pitched roofs and facades with metal cladding.
Gypsum Floor Underlayments
Gyp-Crete® Floor Underlayment is one of the most efficient fire and sound control products available for multifamily construction. Standing the test of time since 1972, Gyp-Crete makes for safer, quieter living, and has become a standard in apartments, condominiums, townhomes, hotels and motels nationwide and abroad.
To smooth concrete slabs, precast planks, or steel deck use Dura-Cap®. It's formulated to cap rough, pitted, cracked and out-of-level concrete. In renovation projects, it can be poured directly over old tile and adhesive residue. Dura-Cap can also be used over vinyl asbestos tile. Consult your Maxxon dealer for more details on this safe and extremely cost-effective method of abatement.
Gyp-Crete 2000®/3.2K gypsum floor underlayment is engineered to deliver compressive strengths up to 3,200 psi (22.1 MPa), also delivering enhanced resistance to surface abrasions and even faster drying time. It's ideal for use over wood or concrete subfloors in single family, light commercial, and multifamily construction, as well as renovation projects. Its crack-resistant surface provides a perfect base for practically any floor covering.
AccuQuiet® C40 is a member of the AccuQuiet® Sound Control System family of products and is comprised of a water-tight technical fabric that is bonded to a flexible, UV stabilized, polypropylene monofilament mesh.
AccuQuiet® Sound Control. AccuQuiet® Sound Control Systems are important components in floor-ceiling assemblies designed to achieve enhanced acoustical performance. AccuQuiet® offers three types of systems to solve a wide variety of acoustical problems by improving IIC and STC ratings of floor-ceiling assemblies.
AccuQuiet® D18 is designed to meet the changing needs of sound control in multifamily construction.
Crack Prevention Mat Underlayments
ECB® Green consists of a base layer of polymer modified elastomers, permanently laminated to a recycled plastic "stress flex" fiber sheet. Together they form a single 40 mil (aprox. 1/16") high strength, self-bonding membrane that is easily applied. The elastomeric base layer functions as a buffer, absorbing the thermal and structural movement of the sub-floor, while its recycled "stress flex" fiber sheet creates a new flooring surface which will accommodate most mortars, organic adhesives and epoxy setting materials meeting ANSI A118.4.
ECB® 75 is a self-bonding, sheet applied elastomeric membrane and is designed for use under floor surfaces that require protection from structural movement.

Self Leveling Underlayment
AccuLevel® G40 is a premium polymer-modified self-leveling underlayment. It delivers a smooth, dense surface that is suitable for an immense array of floor covering options. Special formulation technology reduces the porosity of the surface of the cast underlayment to prevent it from rapidly absorbing moisture from adhesives, thereby eliminating the need of surface sealers in most cases.
AccuLevel® G50 is an engineered blended cement containing polymer modified portland cement and high strength gypsum cement in a balanced formulation that delivers robust performance under a variety of challenging leveling projects.
AccuLevel® H40 underlayment can also be poured over wood subfloors (reinforcing mesh is required to pour over damaged, weak or voids in wood subfloors. Please consult your licensed AccuCrete® Applicator for details). When required by your schedule this high strength underlayment can be poured prior to drywall installation (for more information on pouring before drywall consult your licensed AccuCrete® Applicator).
Green Floor Underlayment
AccuCrete® Green Floor Underlayment Systems are fast applied, quick-setting cementitious underlayments formulated and manufactured by ACG Materials. Designed for a wide variety of applications including wood frame multi-family and light commercial construction, as well as poured in place and precast concrete construction in commercial buildings.
